One of our physicians is always on call and available for emergencies. If you have an emergency after hours, please call 231-737-3879. Our physician's answering service will take your name, number and nature of the problem and relay this information to our physician on call. He will return your call as soon as possible.
Prescriptions
For your prescription refills, please call our office before 4:00 p.m. during office hours so we have the necessary time to review your chart. Before you call, please have available the name of your pharmacy, telephone number, name of the medication and dosage. Billing & Fees
We will be happy to discuss our fees in advance so that you are aware of your financial responsibility.

Referrals
Except for Medicaid patients, patients do not need to be referred to us by another physician. Self-referrals are welcome. When you are referred for care by another physician a report will be sent to that physician after your visit detailing the course of action to be taken in your care. We will also keep them informed at timely intervals during the course of your treatment.
